    I was very glad to find a theme, that promised easy color changing and had a basic layout I find charming. But I can’t seem to change background colors and font colors as easy as described.

    I am completely new to WordPress and very rusty on my css knowledge, so I am in a bit of a jam.

    I wish to change to a color scheme in orange. My current problem is the top bar with the pagetitle and searchbox. I changed theme color, and it worked fine for web title and tagline.

    Any tips?

    It is indeed very basic changing the whole color scheme to one color with just one option, for changing colors/styles individually in an even more specific manner will of course require a little CSS.

    Can I get the link to your site and an idea of exactly what you want styled how?
