I care very much about my own privacy, and therefore, I also care about and respect yours too.
I do not intentionally collect, store, research, share, or sell your data for any nefarious purpose whatsoever.
However, I do use some third-party tools, who have their own policies and intentions:
- I use the Stop Spammers plugin, which collects various details (mainly IP addresses) for the purpose of blocking spam.
- I use Disqus to host comments.
- I use Google AdSense to make revenue.
As much as is possible, I’ve limited the collection of data and function of these tools to respect other people’s privacy. For example, I’ve disabled remarketing in AdSense, so that it only shows ads based on the content of the page it’s being displayed on as opposed to your personal interests.
Of course, I strongly recommend simply installing a browser add-on to completely block any and all ad and tracking scripts, rendering this and most privacy policy pages moot. I recommend uBlock, which is available for all major browsers.
