Ever noticed that LinkedIn charges a fee to post Jobs, there is a way around this…
Step 1
Sign In to your LinkedIn Account:
https://www.linkedin.com/secure/login?trk=hb_signin
Step 2
Then go to Ask a Question:
http://www.linkedin.com/answers?createQuestion=&trk=hb_tab_ask
Now, you’ll want to fill this out properly.
- Create the title in question form, be creative.
If posting a job or project don’t say something like:
“Need a Web Designer”
put it like:
“Are there any Web Designers that can help me out?”
If posting your services or skills don’t say something like:
“Affordable Web Designer”
put it like:
“Are you or anyone you know in need of Web Design?”
- Don’t check: “Only share this question with connections I select (note: you will receive fewer answers)”
- Fill out your details about whatever the project is or what your services are
- Choose the most appropriate Category
- If whatever seeking can be one remotely (meaning on the web), don’t check: “My question is focused around a specific geographic location”
- – MOST IMPORTANT – -
You must choose one of the following:
Recruiting | Promoting your services | Job seeking
or your question will likely be deleted.
Step 3
Click “Ask Question“. If you have a lot of LinkedIn contacts, you’ll want to send a copy of the question to them too.

Read over LinkedIn’s Official Guidelines for An Acceptable Question: http://linkedin.custhelp.com/ – Search “Acceptable Questions for Answers”
